The Resource A tender melody, Birdie L. Etchison, (electronic resource)
A tender melody, Birdie L. Etchison, (electronic resource)
- Summary
- When Laura Madison loses her husband of twenty years, she realizes that her life must continue. Laura not only needs a change of scenery but a way to be both useful to her Lord and others. She finds a small community church in need of a pianist, but with that opportunity comes a lonely pastor and his two motherless boys. Laura's instincts are to care for the young boys, but her attempts lead to friction between herself and the Reverend Gregory Winston. Though he loves his church and town, he doesn't do well with one-on-one relationships. In the meantime, a bachelor rancher is attracted to Laura, and Gregory has found his first love through the Internet. But what neither of them realize is that God has something much more marvelous in store
